Firmware Updatable

There is a catch
There is a slight catch when using the adapter. Every time you switch lenses you need to press and hold the calibrate button while the camera is starting up so that the camera can properly identify which lens is attached.
Although the adapter will allow you to mount any Canon EF lens, not all lenses will perform the same. Lens firmware, focusing motors, and age of lens will all affect the speed, reliability, and accuracy of the adapter.
