Musicbed has just announced the first ever Musicbed Challenge, a short film competition with prize packages totalling more than $80,000 in film grants and gear. The competition is free to enter and closes on July 9.

- 30 days to create one short film – up to 10 minutes in length
- $80K in grants & gear up for grabs
- Five categories to submit your film – Narrative, Documentary, Spec Ad, Music Video & Travel/Lifestyle
- Final submissions are due July 9
Musicbed will provide pre-selected songs for each category and entrants will be required to use at least 10 seconds from one of the songs in their final film.
Constraints are where real creativity begins and we’re excited to see what filmmakers can put together in 30 days using our artists’ music.

The prize pool consists of $30K in film grants which will be used to bring winners’ projects to life and over $50K in filmmaking gear and equipment.
The 2019 Musicbed Challenge is free to enter at challenge.musicbed.com. Final submissions are due July 9, 2019, at 11:59 p.m. (CST).
