CAME-TV have started shipping their 3200k Boltzen 55w and 30w fresnel fanless focusable LED lights. These lights were previously only available in a 5600k daylight version. We first got a look at these lights at the IBC show last year.
The Boltzen 55w and 30w Fresnel lights use the same housing except that the 55w version has a built in cooling fan to dissipate the extra heat. The lights can be powered from AC (with included power adapter), a Sony NP Series battery or V-Mount battery via the included V-Mount adapter cable.
The Boltzen fresnel lights are priced at $258US for the 30w and $298US for the 55w, which makes them a very affordable solution for users who are looking for a compact LED fresnel light. Newsshooter will have a full review of the CAME-TV Boltzen lights soon.
