At the Photokina show ProMediaGear were showing off their new #BIC1 new modular ball mounting system that allows up to four Westcott Icelights to be mounted to the same stand. It has two seperate brackets that can be positioned in different directions, creating a highly versatile soft lighting system that can be run from batteries.
The resulting light is not unlike what you would get from a smaller fluorescent light fixture, but with greater flexibility with positioning and powering. If you have several Icelights then this accessory is certainly worth a look.
