SmallRig has announced its new RC 60C RGB LED Light. The RC 60C looks to be similar to other small-sized RGB COB fixtures that have been on the market for quite some time.
The RC 60C is SmallRig’s first RGBCW full-color COB portable light. It builds on its predecessor, the RC 60B, with additional features such as a wider color temperature range from 2500K to 10000K, along with features like G/M adjustment and colored filter adjustment.

The light features a built-in battery that is claimed to allow the fixture to operate at 100% output for up to 45 minutes, to 75 min in the Eco mode. You can use PD fast charging (with a ≥65W charger) to charge the battery in around 2 hours.
If you don’t want to use the in-built battery you can also power the light through conventional power adapters and other batteries.
You can control the light locally or use a smartphone app to set color adjustments and light effects. Built-in lighting features include green/magenta (G/M) adjustment, color filters (Rosco, Lee), HSI, RGB, CCT range, and color picking.
The light also includes built-in paparazzi, fireworks, lightning, faulty bulb, TV, breathe, flash, party, and flame effects, as well as CCT and RGB cycle.
