SmallRig has announced its new S60 Wireless Microphone, which is being touted as a good solution for video content creation, including Vlogging, social media content creation, live streaming, interviews, and documentary filming.
This is a USB-C-compatible microphone and it will work with smartphones, tablets, and select cameras that can take audio via USB-C.

The SmallRig S60 wireless microphone is said to combine Bauhaus design with minimalist geometric patterns for a modern look, using advanced IML technology.
The transmitter weighs just 7.8g / 0.27oz, and it includes an in-built LDS antenna which is claimed to ensure stable signal transmission up to 300.0m / 984.2ft.
The transmitter features a highly directional microphone head that is claimed to reduce interference and noise. A high-resolution DSP chip enables 48 kHz / 24-bit audio recording with one-touch DSP noise reduction.
The transmitter has a claimed 11-hour battery life per charge. When using the included charging case you can get up to 45 hours (up to four chargers).
There is a 3-level gain adjustment, mobile charging support on the receiver, and a double-tap mute function on the transmitter.
The microphone comes with various accessories for versatile wearing options, such as collar magnetic attachment, neck hanging, handheld, and clip-on styles. It also supports a windscreen for windproofing and noise reduction when affixed to a silicone mount.
