SWIT has announced its new PL-S300D and PL S300H 300W LED Panel Lights. The PLS300D/H are both 300W Bi-Color LED panel lights catering to the soft and hard light needs of professional studios.
PL-S300D
The PL-S300D features 1,200 SMD LEDs complemented by an S-Polytech organic light diffuser, to produce a claimed output of 10,000 lx at 1m /3.3′. This light features a 120° beam angle (64° half-peak), making it a good choice for a variety of lighting scenarios requiring a broad and even light distribution.
PL-300H
The PL-S300H is a hard-light panel light designed for focused illumination with high intensity. With SWIT’s unique compound optical structure on each LED, featuring a dedicated Fly-Eye and 45° reflector, this light is claimed to be able to enhance the diffusion effect and reduce color aberrations, resulting in a clean and vibrant light output.
The 45° half-peak beam angle is specifically tailored for studio installations, offering a balance between high illuminance and uniformity of the light spot. The PL-S300H delivers a claimed output of 47,000 lx @1m/ 3.3′.
For studios that require the lights to be 5m / 16.4′ away, the PL-S300H is a good choice if you require high brightness and a wide beam angle light with good coverage.

Silent Operation

SWIOT states that a broadcast studio utilizing the PL-S300 series of panel lights can expect to reduce carbon emissions by a substantial 2 tons per year.
