Mitakon has announced its new Speedmaster 80mm f/1.6 that is available in GFX and XCD mounts. This looks to be a very affordable medium format lens.

The optical design of the lens consists of 10 elements in 6 groups, and it ncorporates 4pcs of HRI (High Refractive Index) and 1pcs of UD (Ultra-low dispersion) elements. This claimed to minimize chromatic aberrations.
The Mitakon Speedmaster 80mm f/1.6 also features a built-in retractable lens hood. This design not only prevents stray light from entering the frame and causing unwanted flares or ghosting but also saves you the inconvenience of carrying a separate lens hood.
