The Mini 4 Pro weighs under 249g, so it allows you to comply with drone regulations in a vast majority of countries and regions with fewer limitations. However, in saying that, it is always wise to carefully check the local regulations before taking off.
Sensor & Video Capabilities
The Mini 4 Pro features a 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor, a new image-processing platform, and dual native ISO. The lens has a f/1.7 aperture and the drone is capable of 48MP image resolution, 4K/60fps HDR video, and Slo-Mo shooting at 4K/100fps. The Mini 4 Pro is also able to record in 10-bit D-Log M.
According to DJI, the 2.4μm pixels and an enhanced noise reduction algorithm in Night Shots video mode allow the Mini 4 Pro to deliver clear, cleaner footage even in low-light conditions.
Additionally, the Mini 4 Pro allows you to do True Vertical Shooting, optimized for social media and smartphone playback. There is also a 60° large-angle tilt, and a 2x digital zoom for photos, and a 4x zoom for videos.
Omnidirectional Obstacle Sensing
The Mini 4 Pro comes with omnidirectional obstacle sensing, utilizing multiple wide-angle and a pair of downward vision sensors to detect obstructions from all directions. You can use this in conjunction with Advanced Pilot Assistance Systems (APAS) that include the drone features automatic braking and obstacle bypass.
Flight Time
The flight time is up to 34 minutes and it can be extended to 45 minutes using the Intelligent Flight Battery Plus. O4 video transmission provides ultra-responsive control and 1080p/60fps FHD video transmission capability from distances of up to 20 km. The Waypoint Flight’s automatic route function with Cruise Control is available for long-distance, steady-state flights. The Mini 4 Pro’s Advanced Return-to-Home system automatically navigates a safe flight route back.

The Mini 4 Pro has Spotlight, Point of Interest, and ActiveTrack 360°, which allows users to bypass obstacles and achieve smoother, more stable tracking thanks to omnidirectional obstacle sensing.
