The Tilta 24V Power Distribution Module for DJI Ronin 2 is a solution for powering 24V camera systems and it can also be used to power other 24V accessories that utilize a 4-Pin connection.
Tilta states that the 24V Power Distribution Module for DJI Ronin 2 is compatible with a wide range of cameras such as Arri Alexa Mini LF, Alexa Mini, and Alexa 35.
Now, while Tilta does state that it will work with the ALEXA 35, that camera draws between 85 W and 135 W while recording, depending on the set recording resolution and sensor frame rate (with MVF-2 connected, but no further accessories attached). The Tilta 24V Power Distribution Module for DJI Ronin 2 is only capable of outputting 96W 4A, so you wouldn’t be able to power accessories such as focus motors and wireless video transmitters, etc. which is normally something you would want to run on a gimbal like this.
The module is constructed with a metal grid for efficient cooling performance and is durable enough to accommodate various extreme filming conditions.
The connector features a rigid and durable design. It protects your device from overload and reverse polarity.
It easily mounts to the gimbal and provides high-voltage power.
