Laowa has announced its new 19mm f/2.8 Zero-D GFX. This is a medium format Ultra-wide-angle lens that weighs 546g and is just 80mm in length.
According to Laowa, the lens has a AoV of 110° with Zero Distortion as well as an f/2.8 aperture. A 10-point Sunstar can be rendered from its 5 aperture blades by stopping the lens down.
The lens features a 77mm filter thread and a minimum focusing distance of 18cm
This lens has a similar focusing scale adjustment system as the Laowa 14mm f4 FF RL Zero-D. This makes it easy for users to adjust the focus marking against their own cameras. The actual infinity marking can be calibrated exactly on the infinity mark.
