The Z Cam cameras are growing in popularity but only have a single HDMI out port. We first heard about this adaptor last year.
The converter is in the shape of a Sony NP-F battery and has a HDMI in, HDMI out, SDI out, DC out & DC in port.
This isn’t the most elegant solution, as it does look like it could become a bit of a birds nest, with a patch cable required from the camera HDMI output into the converter, as well as DC barrel power cables.
Since you’re using up the NP-F battery slot, you also need to power the camera externally and feed it via the DC in or possibly the camera LEMO port.
