Tamron has announced three new lenses for full-frame Sony mirrorless cameras, the 20mm f/2.8 Di III OSD M1:2, 24mm f/2.8 Di III OSD M1:2, and 35mm f/2.8 Di III OSD M1:2.
The lenses are being targeted as a set of wide, affordable, lightweight primes for Sony full-frame E-mount cameras.
The lenses all have a very close minimum focusing distances of less than six inches and a magnification ratio up to 1:2. Other shared traits include a fast and quiet OSD stepping motor, 67mm filter thread, as well as the ability to utilize the focusing features of Sony cameras including Fast Hybrid AF and Eye AF.
The three lenses feature a moisture-resistant construction, as well as a fluorine coating for extra protection when shooting outdoors.
