Edelkrone has unveiled Krone X, a new bundle that the company states marks the beginning of the HyperAxial Motion era. Allowing, for the first time, two body devices to be included in a single synchronized group.
Essentially, what Edelkrone has done is to take a bunch of ts existing products and integrate them so that they will all work together.

The Krone X Bundle delivers 6+1 axis, ultra-advanced motion capabilities by combining the DollyPLUS, JibPLUS (or JibONE), and HeadPLUS into one system.

It can all be controlled through Edelkrone’s familiar and simple user interface, and it requires no programming knowledge.

When mounted on DollyPLUS, the entire jib system becomes mobile, allowing it to travel across the space while still delivering precise lifts, drops, and sweeping tracking moves. Obviously you need to make sure that you are on a very smooth surface to do this.
Curved & linear paths
With DollyPLUS, you can create linear slides and sweeping arcs. Add vertical lifts from JibPLUS and precision framing from HeadPLUS.
7 axes
From orbiting subjects to locking onto multiple tracking points, Krone X unlocks moves that once required robotic arms and full crews.
Switch Tracking Points On-the-Go
Despite delivering advanced motion capabilities, the Krone X Bundle never asks you to learn anything new. You’ll program every move using the familiar interface of the standard edelkrone app—no extra panels, no new workflows.
Point Tracking

With the Point Tracking feature, devices will keep your subject in frame and in focus, no matter how you move the body devices.
You can set up to six different tracking points, and while the body device is in motion, you can switch from one point to another on the fly. The head will automatically adjust to keep the selected point fixed in the frame, delivering parallax results.
Edelkrone’s Point Tracking technology works solely based on positional data. It uses no image processing, instead, it relies entirely on the positional information provided by the body devices to calculate where to look and focus in advance of the motion. Unlike image tracking, which is reactive, this is a predictive technology. That means even when you pass close to a subject, it still tracks accurately.
Dynamic Multi-Point Tracking
With Point Track mode, you’re not limited to following just one subject throughout the shot. You can set multiple tracking points and switch between them on the fly.
Price & Availability

The Edelkrone Krone X is available for a 20% discount for the next 8 days,, and it starts at $5,496 USD.
Important: Batteries are not included with ONE devices (SliderONE, DollyONE, JibONE, HeadONE) or PLUS devices (SliderPLUS, DollyPLUS, JibPLUS, HeadPLUS). Batteries are included with Tripod X.
