amaran has released two versions of the new Pavo Panel lights. The 60-watt Pano 60c and 120-watt Pano 120c.

The new panels are very light and compact. They don’t use the Sony NPF batteries found in many panel lights. Instead, it can be powered with a USB-C battery or a DC locking cable. The USB-C input also features a locking connector and is included in the kit.

amaran has a new power bank for the Pano. The 86-watt amaran Peak is clipped on the mount, similar to the light stand receiver. There are pin contacts that are used to power up the light, so no cable is needed. On the back of the amaran Peak is a 3/8 16″ with a 1/4 20″ reducers for more mounting options. The battery also has USB-C for charging and to use as a standard portable battery to charge other devices.

Another cool feature is the Ace Lock Mount mounting system. amaran came up with a unique clamping design with a light post receiver. It’s much smaller than the typical

The Pano Panels are optically enhanced with lenses in front of the LEDs, making them a hard light with a 45-degree beam angle. The kits include a soft box and grid as well.
