At NAB 2025, INVISIPRO was showing INVIZIGRAIN, an onset application for Resolve, Baselight / Daylight, Colorfront, and Nuke that works on Mac, Windows, and Linux.
INVIZIGRAIN lets DITs apply grain simulations in real time on-set. Instead of just utilizing a LUT, it recreates the digital image out of real film grain in real time on the GPU.
INVIZIGRAIN is said to simulate the developer chemical process to obtain a better result. INVIZIGRAIN can then be embedded in the camera metadata and used in post production.
INVIZIGRAIN has been used on lots of productions that you may have already seen.
