At NAB 2025, DZOFILM is showing a prototype Vespid Prime II Full Frame Cinema Lens that includes Cooke /i-Technology metadata. If your camera doesn’t support the /i-Technology basic metada is still compatible. DZOFILM is considering offering the lenses in EF-Mount and others that could be user swappable but this is still in the prototype stages.

DZOFIMS states they will release six focal lengths simultaneously: An 18mm, 24mm, 35mm, 85mm, and 105mm.

The set of lenses will have a T1.9 aperture with sixteen iris blades for a clean bokeh and features a consistent weight and size to make swapping out easy. They are full frame and can cover VistaVision. Impressive!
Pricing and Availability

The set will be released in Q3 of 2025. Pricing hasn’t been set yet, but they are looking at a range around $1500 per lens.
