DZOFILM at NAB 2025 showed a Prototype 360-degree X-tract Periscope lens, the third model in the company’s lineup.
The angled Periscope version allows the user to take low- and overhead shots with its 360-degree angle.
The lens features zoom capabilities from 18 to 28mm, allowing even more flexibility to get those creative shots all at a consistent T8 to T45 aperture.
The lens can close focus to 6mm for those super creative macro shots.
The new Periscope lens has two options: a PL-mount and an EF-mount. The good news is that they are user-swappable. The front portion of the lens is waterproof, so you can put it in water all the way to the angle, which is approximately 8″.
Pricing and Availability
The 360 Degree X-Trac Periscope Lens is planned for a May release and will retail around $3800 USD.
