The anti-reflective coating on the display enhances viewing clarity and reduces reflections by 5%. It also features a 6H screen hardness level for enhanced resistance and durability.
The PVS7 features reinforced edges and a plastic and metal design that has been drop-tested up to 4.9′ to protect the display from the rigors of field production.
A protective cage is included for additional durability, and it features multiple mounting threads to add external accessories and expand compatibility.
The Two-Way Sun Hood installs onto the protective cage and prevents glare and reflections in bright environments. Its two-way design allows it to be used horizontally or vertically.
The PVS7 conforms to the Rec.709 color gamut for out-of-the-box color accuracy. It is claimed to provide uniform and reliable color presentation across various Benq displays, making shooting and post-production efficient.
The PVS7 supports the uploading of custom 3D LUT files via the integrated microSD card slot. The monitor also includes numerous image tools to ensure accurate monitoring, including anamorphic mode, false color, RGB parade, focus peaking, grid, safe markers, vectorscope, zebra, zoom, waveform, etc.
