So Ambient listened, and now they are offering an internally wired QP Slim (Long and Short) with Coiled Cable Outlet, plus the respective Cable Kits for Do-It-Yourself retrofit.

The only difference is, that you need to install an additional thread adapter to make the end piece (the same as for the QP5) fit the thinner QP Slim tube.
