Atomos has announced Firmware 11.12.00 for the Ninja and Shogun devices that is available to download. This free-of-charge update adds direct upload support for Dropbox and Dropbox Replay.
With this new AtomOS firmware update, you can now select and switch between Dropbox and Dropbox Replay, or between folders/projects, from the Connect menu of your Ninja or Shogun. When Dropbox or Replay is chosen as your monitor’s Camera to Cloud target, you can upload to existing projects/folders, or create new ones directly from the device.
Uploads are automatically organized into folders based on the project name, recording date, device AID, user device name, scene, shot, and take numbers – making your media management more efficient than ever!
Please note that the Ninja requires Atomos Connect for this to work, and it needs to be purchased separately.
Up until 30th November 2024, anyone purchasing a new Atomos monitor, or monitor-recorder can get 40% off Dropbox Business or Business Plus plans.
Dropbox offers a set of tools that enable production companies to manage content, accounts, and teams on a secure, scalable platform. The Business Plus plan starts at 15TB for a team of 3 or more, allowing file transfers up to 250GB at a time.
This offer only applies to new Dropbox accounts globally and can be redeemed by registering your product at my.atomos.com.
