Core SWX VoltBridge ID First Look

At IBC 2024 in Amsterdam, I caught up with Core SWX to have a look at their upcoming VoltBridge ID app that can be used to check and monitor a vast array of their batteries.

The app is going to be available for both Apple and Google devices and it will be free to download.

The way it works is that a lot Core SWX batteries come equipped with an RFID chip to store accumulated battery data. You can simply wave your phone near the pack to access vital stats. The Core SWX Voltbridge iD app is good for streamlining battery fleet management.

Once a battery has been scanned, users can rename that battery and they can also check real-time information about the batteries status whether it is in use, being charged, or just sitting on a bench.
