NANLITE has announced its new PavoSlim 240CL, a slim, lightweight LED panel designed for lighting in tighter spaces.
The PavoSlim 240CL is a 4×1 LED full-color panel light that draws 260W. It has a CCT range of 2700K to 7500K, with the added benefit of green/magenta adjustment.

The dimensions of the PavoSlim 240CL make it ideal for use in confined spaces or areas with limited headroom. It can be used close to talent, hidden easily within a set design, or suspended from ceilings, and it excels in virtual production applications. The difference in length and width enables the fixture to provide a softer light on the long side and a harder light on the short side, allowing for flexible application based on needs. The PavoSlim 240CL has a thickness of just under 1 inch / 2.35 cm and it weighs 3.62 kg / 7.98lb.
The fixture is made from super light high-quality aluminum alloy, providing protection and heat dissipation. The rear of the PavoSlim 240CL features a large multi-row heat sink for structural strength and efficiently moving heat away.
Built-in Sofbox
Like other PavoSlim fixtures, the 240CL comes with the softbox pre-installed. You simply tear the hook and loop fasteners and the softbox is ready to use. After use compress the softbox and attach the hook and loop fasteners for convenient storage with the fixture. It also comes with an eggcrate that can be quickly wrapped over the softbox using the elasticated strap.
A universal holder and a baby pin holder are included for securing the fixture and adjusting the tilt. Either can be easily mounted on the back of the fixture.
Output
According to NANLITE, the PavoSlim 240CL features carefully designed optical lensing so that light from each emitter is perfectly mixed, achieving four times the output of similar products and delivering a claimed brightness of 21,030 lux @1m / 3.3′.
Power
The PavoSlim 240CL can be powered by AC power, DC power or V-mount batteries of various voltages, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
The circuit design not only delivers high output power when using battery power but also enables hot swapping between different power sources.
Control
The PavoSlim 240CL can be controlled in five different ways. Settings can be quickly and directly adjusted using the control unit, while the Nanlink App and DMX console enable remote control and more precise lighting adjustments.
Other Features
DC Connection Cable 5M (optional): This cable is made with interconnectable connectors that can be coupled with the included DC connection cable for extended reach. This is ideal for situations where the fixture is rigged at high up, or at a distance.
Dual-Panel Coupler (optional): Two PavoSlim 240CL can be coupled to form a 4’×2′ size, increasing the illuminance and lighting coverage. Paired with a specialized softbox and eggcrate, this setup further enhances the soft lighting.
The light comes with an included carrying bag that is designed with a solid structure to withstand unexpected bumps and pressure during transport.
