HAWK-WOODS has introduced its new VL-MCF3new battery plate that adds USB-C. The VL-MCF3 plate has all of the same advantages as the original VL-MCF1 plate.
The adaptor will allow you to hot-swap your mini V-Lok batteries from HAWK-WOODS current range of VL-M50, VL-M98, and VL-M150 batteries.
This adaptor has been fitted with an intelligent LED system to determine battery status against the total amount of current being drawn this will give you confidence to know when your battery needs to be changed. The LED will come on and flash at 12.7v and under meaning that your battery will soon need to be changed.
It features a reasonably slim and slender profile with a built-in D-Tap and USB-C output. It looks to be a decent option if you require continuous hot-swappable capabilities with the addition of a USB-C output.

I don’t have any current pricing for the HAWK-WOODS VL-MCF3 Battery Plate with USB-C, but I imagine it will be around $300 USD.
