SmallRig has announced an accessory ecosystem for the Panasonic LUMlX S9. This includes a Leather Half Case, a Cage, and a L-Shape handle. The LUMIX S9 was released a few days ago and it certainly has some interesting quirks when it comes to shooting video, and without an EVF or any type of grip it could be difficult to use for certain shooting applications.
Cage for Panasonic LUMIX S9
The Cage for Panasonic LUMIX S9 retails for $59.90 USD and it will start shipping on the 14th of June.
The Cage features a minimalistic design and it attaches to the LUMIX S9 through two connection points.
There is a small integrated hand grip, two cold shoe mounts, a built-in Arca Swiss plate, and multiple 1/4-20″ and 3/8″ mounting holes.
There is also access to the battery compartment and media card slot.
Leather Half Case for Panasonic S9
The Leather Half Case for the Panasonic S9 is now available to pre-order for $33.90 USD. It is scheduled to start shipping on the 18th of June.
The Leather Half Case has a small integrated wooden grip.
