Vocas has announced its new lightweight Base Plate. The Plate is available with the soft shoulder pad, and with a regular shoulder pad.
Both base plate comes with a magnetic shoulder pad to convert many cameras into a shoulder-mounted solutions, which can then be easily attached to VCT-14 style quick-release plates. The base plate was designed to be versatile s that it can be used with many different types of camera, ranging from mirrorless hybrids all the way up to lager digital cinema cameras.
Also included are 15mm rails that are height-adjustable and that are compatible with LWBP conform industry standards. Multiple 3/8” & 1/4″ threaded holes are integrated into the bottom of the plate, making it easy to mount to any tripod system or device.
The Vocas Lightweight base plate weighs 583g.
