The ASC (American Society of Cinematographers) has announced its award winners for 2024. The 38th Annual Award was held on Sunday, March 3, at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

The winner of the Theatrical Feature Film Award was Hoyte van Hoytema, ASC, FSF, NSC for Oppenheimer.
Episode of a One-Hour Regular Series
The award for Episode of a One-Hour Regular Series went to M. David Mullen, ASC for The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, “Four Minutes”.
Episode of a Half-Hour Series
The award for Episode of a Half-Hour Series went to Carl Herse for Barry, “Tricky Legacies”.
Music Video Award
The inagural Music Video Award went to Jon Joffin, ASC for Jon Bryant “At Home”
Documentary Award
The Documentary Award went to Curren Sheldon for King Coal.
Limited or Anthology Series or Motion Picture Made For TV
The award for Limited or Anthology Series or Motion Picture Made For TV went to Ben Kutchins, ASC for Boston Strangler.
Spotlight Award
The ASC Spotlight Award went to Warwick Thorton for The New Boy.
Achievement in Television Award
The Achievement in Television Award was presented to Steven Fierberg, ASC. He is known for Tv shows such as The Affair, Emily in Paris, and multiple seasons of the Emmy-winning HBO hit Entourage
Lifetime Achievement Award
The Lifetime Achievement Award went to Don Burgess, ASC.
2024 ASC Presidents Award
The 2024 ASC Presidents Award went to Amy Vincent, ASC. Amy is best known for Eve’s Bayou, Hustle & Flow and Black Snake Moan.
