Insta360 has released new firmware for the Ace Pro AI action camera. The latest firmware introduces all-new features and improvements such as an option to turn Active HDR on/off, compatibility with more helmet headsets and GPS devices and Webcam Mode with facial detection.

1. Now supports integration with motorcycle helmet headsets from VIMOTO V9S (full model list see Ace Pro/Ace specs table at insta360.com). This allows creators to add recorded audio from the headset into footage, operate the camera via Voice Control, and more.
2. Adds a new Active HDR toggle option, allowing users to switch Active HDR on or off.
3. FreeFrame and Loop Recording modes now have added Active HDR, with support for the Active HDR toggle.
4. Supports Clarity Zoom in photo modes by double-tapping the screen.
5. The sharpness setting entry has been moved to the 3A page for independent sharpness adjustments in different modes.
6. Introduces face zooming in/out feature in Webcam mode.
7. Compatible with Insta360 GPS Action Remote.
8. Enhances user experience in photo and video shooting.
9. Improved camera stability and overall user experience.
