Deity has made a beta version of its upcoming Sidus TC Sync software available. With the Theos recording transmitters shipping and more products on their way that will have onboard timecode recording capabilities, Deity wanted to support these products on the desktop software side as well.
Sidus TC Sync offers support for multiple file formats, and it was designed with an easy to use UI where you can simply drag and drop files. It will work with a wide array of video and audio formats. There are both Mac (Intel and M1/M2) and Windows versions available.
So how does it work?
The smart one-click synchronization offers support for high-speed shooting, and a variety of synchronization logics.
By using the toolbar you can switch between multiple sync logics, including TC+UBits, TC+Date, TC+Soundroll, and TC Only.
You can also export in various formats.
As this is a public BETA, Deity strongly recommends that you use it with caution. Deity is looking for public feedback t make improvements and fix bugs, etc.
