The Evoke 2400B is CCT adjustable between 2700 to 6500K and it has full +/- G/M controls. The Evoke 2400B is around 40% heavier than the Evoke 1200B, but it has twice the output.

Arguably, the lights closest competition comes in the form of the Aputure Electro StormXT26.

The Evoke 2400B’s 2400W power draw is certainly a big step up and the caveats that come with that are increased weight and size, and the inability to run the light from a regular household socket in certain countries.

The Evoke 2400B isn’t massively bigger than the Evoke 1200B and the power supply is only a little bit bigger.

To power the Evoke 2400B remotely you are going to need to use a generator, floor battery system, or a high-capacity portable power station, etc. The Evoke 2400B will require a 96V DC source to run.

What is nice is that the lighting modifiers that were designed for the Evoke 1200B, will all work with the Evoke 2400B. There is also a new Fresnel that was specifically designed for the Evoke 2400B.

Given the claimed output of the Evoke 2400B is 41,910 lux at 9.9′ / 3 m (with 45-degree Reflector), the light should be capable of outputting well over 350,000 Lux at 3.3′ / 1 m.

The Nanlux Evoke 2400B Bi-Color LED Monolight Kit with 45° Reflector and Light-Only Flight Case is listed on B&H for $6,200 USD, however, it is currently shown as being Temporarily Out of Stock.
