At NAB 2023, Teradek was showing its new Link AX Wifi Router/Access Point. Link AX was designed to help expand production networking capabilities.
It features a ruggedized, set-ready aluminum chassis wrapped around a Wi-Fi 6 (802.11AX) router. You can use Link AX for multiple workflow scenarios, such as adding more cameras and devices on your local production streaming network, utilizing camera-to-cloud when dealing with multiple cameras, and for having simultaneous camera control over multiple cameras.
You can have Wi-Fi monitoring with multiple Serv devices and up to 20 independent viewers using the VUER HDR app. The Link AX is available with optional V-mount or AB Gold mount battery plates if you need to remotely power it.
