Deity Microphones announced two new timecode cables for their TC-1 Timecode Box. The C19 and C23 are designed for Canon R5 C and Sony FX3/FX30 cameras.

The new timecode cables allow users to add timecode directly to the footage metadata, eliminating the need to strip LTC to an audio track. This feature simplifies the post-production workflow and saves users time and money as metadata timecode is easier to use.
The C23 timecode cable utilizes the Sony Multi-Port on Sony FX3 and FX30 cameras, while the C19 cable uses an extra long Din1.0.2.3 to accommodate the recessed port on the Canon R5 C.
The locking 3.5mm connector on each cable securely connects to the Deity TC-1 timecode generator, ensuring that your timecode remains synced throughout your shoot without any interruptions or dropouts.
The dongle sandwiches between the cold shoe mount and the Deity TC-1 using hook-n-loop. This removes strain from the Sony Multi-port.
The Deity Microphones timecode cables are an excellent way to connect the TC-1 to the camera. LTC audio is very handy, but the embedded timecode is much faster and doesn’t take up an audio channel. Deity has several cables available for different cameras and audio devices.
