Blindspot has been gathering feedback over the last several years on what the Power Junkie is used for and, more importantly, how people want to use it. A lot of the info they received is now present in the V2 of the Power Junkie. The new version is up on Kickstarter and retails for $89.
One feature users wanted and is now implemented is an on/off switch and the ability to turn off indicator lights on the unit.
Power Junkie Version 2 now has 100W USB Power Delivery (PD) with a maximum output of 34W shared across all outputs. You can power many small electronic devices that accept USB-C power. The list of those products is growing from mobile devices to cameras such as current Fujifilm, Canon, Nikon, Sony, and Panasonic can be powered directly from a USB-C 9V 3A source.
The Power Junkie V2 uses an NP battery and distributes the power to different taps on the unit. You have three options. USB-C PD Power, DC 8.4V, and the new DC 12V.

The device can also power a camera via a Dummy battery and utilize the barrel power output. These two taps can be used with cables and adapters to power many devices other than cameras. If the polarity and power requirements are met, the Power Junkie V2 can power it.
NP Batteries are plentiful, and they have gotten a nice bump in capacity over the years with the improvement of battery cells. You can get a lot of juice from a larger NP-F-type battery these days.
