Blackmagic Design has released DaVinci Resolve 18 Beta 5 Update. This update adds compatibility with the new Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K G2, AI image stabilization, improves trim editor on the cut page, and provides better audio playback of nested timelines.
If you are shooting Blackmagic RAW on the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera’s, including the new 6K G2, you will be able to stabilize footage using AI and camera gyroscope metadata.
Blackmagic has also improved the trim editor interaction with tools on the cut page, as well as providing better audio playback of nested timelines and reduced latency when making audio level adjustments. DaVinci Resolve 18 Beta 5 improves Fusion page stability when working with Resolve FX surface tracker and adds a progress bar for online uploads.
