Blackmagic has announced the Pocket Cinema Camera 6K G2. Now, before you get too excited this is not a brand new camera and it is essentially a version of the 6K Pro without the ND filters and a for $500 USD less.
The Pocket Cinema Camera 6K G2 features the same 6144 x 3456 Super 35 sensor and EF lens mount, adjustable tilt LCD, viewfinder mount, mini XLR audio inputs and NP-F570 style battery slot. As I just mentioned, what it doesn’t have is the built-in ND filters. It also doesn’t have the same 1500nits screen as the 6K Pro.

Price & Availability
The Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K G2 retails for $1,995 USD.
