Tokina Cinema USA has a collection of ‘refreshed’ lenses and filters for sale. These are ex-demo and field teated lenses and filters that have been carefully checked and cleaned by Tokina.
The rating is the condition of the lens on a scale of 1-10. Below is what the scale means.
Condition:
9 = Near Mint. Lens is in like new condition.
9- = Excellent. Minor cosmetic scratches on metal work. Glass is in excellent condition with no defects.
8 = Good. Cosmetic scratches. Possible small dents in metal work. Glass is clean.
8- = Fair. Possible Dents, major wear and tear to paint/metal work. Glass is clean.
