The Rencher Industries 200W USB Tap features two 100W USB PD 3.0 outputs and a 4-pin XLR with 5-30V, 200W input. It can be powered from block batteries or high-output camcorder batteries.
It allows you to power multiple high draw USB-C devices remotely in the field from camera batteries.
Standard batteries can be used, but they must be within the manufacturer’s recommended constant current draw. Rencher Industries recommends the use of Bebob 150, 200, or Cine high-output batteries to take advantage of the full 200W draw.
The device can be used with 100W USB-C PD Hubs and it is backward compatible with other USB PD protocols.
