Blueshape has announced the new DV Power Pack line of batteries with models for Canon BP-975, BP-A60, LP-E6, Sony NP-F, BP-U90 & more.
The Canon BP-975 DV Power Pack will be of interest to many who have picked up the new RED KOMODO as it currently going through the RED Approval process.
Blueshape has a wide range of battery models in the DV Power Pack line including batteries for Canon, Sony, JVC & Panasonic.
More Ports
Some of the larger capacity batteries feature additional ports. The Canon BPA-60 has a USB Type-A output for powering accessories and a D-Tap which can be used for powering accessories as well as charging the battery.
The Sony NP-F970 DV Power Pack features a USB Type-A output and a micro-USB input for charging the battery.
While the extra ports are nice, it would have been nice to see them all use USB Type-C PD as we have seen on some other batteries. You could also just use the Kinefinity Hybrid charger though.
