The YujiLight 16W Dimmable & Angle Adjustable PAR30 LED Bulb looks like an interesting low-cost light that you could use as a substitute for practicals.
The PAR30 LED bulb is 0-100% dimmable and you can adjust the beam angle between 10°-60° by rotating the head of the light. The flexibility of being able to dim and change the beam angle lets you tailor the light to your specific needs.
While this light isn’t being targeted as a light for TV and film in can certainly be used for those applications.

Other Options
Replaceable LED bulbs that can be used as practicals are hardly a new concept. There are lights such as the Phillips Hue, Qusar Science A21 & A19 LED bulbs, Raya LED Light Bulb (30W), Savage LED Studio Lamp (30W, 120V), Westcott 45W Dimmable Daylight LED Bulb with Tungsten Cap and 2.4 GHz Remote, Ushio Uphoria Pro Gold LED PAR20 8W Warm White Flood Light, and the yet to be released Aputure B7C Lightbulb that they have been showing for quite a long time.
While these lights have varying degrees of features and abilities I don’t believe there is currently a fixture like the YujiLight that is dimmable and beam angle adjustable. If I am wrong let me know in the comments section.
