At IBC 2019, Hollyland was showing their MARS-400S low latency transmitter and receiver.
The MARS 400-S is SDI and HDMI compatible and it has an operating range of up to 400ft range.
The TX and RX feature an OLED Display Screen that allows you to check the status of all devices and control the system.
The MARS-400S can be used with an iOS and Android APP. With this app you can stream video that can be watched on up to four iOS or Android devices at once. The receiver can also be used at the same time. This is handy as you don’t necessarily need to use the receiver.
Hollyland has also included the ability to scan the current environment on the receiver to find out available channels to avoid interference.
Three Application Scene Modes
Hollyland has come up with a system where you can prioritize your video quality, or have higher latency, or balance between the two when there is interference.
The Hollyland MARS-400S retails for $649 and will be available soon.
