KitSplit has launched a new initiative offering free coaching sessions for women in film & video.
The program aims to connect industry leading professionals and KitSplit community members who have volunteered their time for a call with other women aiming to work their way up in the film industry.
Currently, there are 15 coaches with more being added ranging from documentary directors to film festival programmers and more.
In the recent years, there has been a strong push for supporting female workers in the industry and many other programs and initiatives like Women In Film. What are your thoughts on this? Did you have a mentor bring you up the ranks of your filmmaking career?
