A few months ago we reviewed the Tile Light from Blind Spot Gear. A rugged and portable 5600K LED light which performed nicely under the Sekonic C700 light meter and produces a nice quality of light.
They are now back on Kickstarter with another campaign, launching the Tile Light Duo. The kit consists of two of the original Tile lamps which was also successfully launched and funded by Kickstarter. Along with the lights, the Tile Light Duo comes with a purpose-built EVA case to transport the other included accessories like the ball mounts & remote dimmers. As of writing the campaign has already passed its goal.
The Tile Solo launched at USD$495 each whereas the Tile Light Duo offers a decent saving, retailing at USD$885.
To sweeten the deal for early supporters, the early bird price is USD$625 which is just over the price of a single tile lamp. The Tile Light Duo kits have an estimated delivery time of February 2018.
