The Kessler Second Shooter motion controller has been at the heart of the company’s system for a couple of years. It is works with almost all of Kessler’s sliders and motors to create precisely controlled moves and time lapses.
Earlier this year Kessler announced an upgraded version called the Second Shooter Plus. This new model has been improved with the help of feedback from users and adds a number of new features. The most important additions are Wi-fi control, several dedicated buttons, a quiet mode and Kessler’s SurgeTech technology.
Michael Sutton should be no stranger to Newsshooter readers. We’ve featured his work before and he’s been lucky enough to get his hands on the Plus early. To help us get a better idea of what the new model offers he’s put together the short video above.
The Plus sits above the original in the range and costs $599 US. The Second Shooter Plus controller is obviously a worthy upgrade to the original and Kessler are also offering a $200 trade-in for owners of the original.
