The Zacuto Gratical is currently my pick of the universal EVFs out there on the market. I use mine regularly on several different cameras and love the 4:3 screen with the ability to see waveforms and vectorscopes at the same time as having a clear view of the image. Now Zacuto have updated the layout to make functions even easier to see and navigate. Check out to the video below to see what’s changed:

In addition they have finally added support for SDI audio monitoring and timecode – something I know several users have been waiting for.

Below is a list of other new features from Zacuto:
– Vectorscope and waveform now share the same location. You can toggle between them by pressing the joystick right
– Enabled audio meters with SDI
– Enabled time code with SDI
– Fixed a bug that was causing buttons to stop responding
– Zebras can now be set to show an inclusive range
– Added a new 2x anamorphic desqueeze setting for 4:3 aspect ratios
– Added additional support for LUTs from Lattice program
– Center cross will now stay active while in pixel to pixel
– Battery meter will now blink red when battery is about to die
