Chinese lens conversion specialists GL Optics take high quality stills lenses and rehouse them in all metal cine housings with longer focus rotation, geared rings and manual iris control. Their latest model is a rehoused Tokina 11-20mm f2.8 ultrawide zoom. This is Tokina’s newest wide zoom and has a longer range than the popular 11-16mm f2.8. The converted lens is available in both PL and EOS mounts, which are user changeable.
The lens front is 95mm for easy matte box fitting.
The lens including conversion costs $3650 US and GL Optics claim they can ship anywhere in the World within five days of taking the order.
