IBC 2014 video: Blueshape's IP65 water resistant Splash Granite battery

At IBC Italian battery maker Blueshape had a small perspex box with a battery inside powering a LED panel on display. The amazing thing was that the battery was under a constant shower of water.

The Splash Granite range are IP65 rated battery bricks. Designed to withstand a downpour – the obvious application for these batteries is on water resistant LED lights, so that the combination can be used for broadcasts in all weather conditions.
