D-Focus were showing a new cage for the Panasonic GH2 at NAB this year. It features a rugged metal construction with full access to ports and battery compartment. Price and availability yet to be announced.
They also have an interesting gadget called the D-Zoom – a simple zoom lever which mounts to 15mm rods and is priced at $175.
