PrimeCircle have released the Lockport Pocket, which as the name suggests has been designed to specifically work with the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera. The LockPort Pocket protects the fragile micro HDMI output on the camera combining a solid universal clamp and a smart micro to full-size HDMI adapter. I know that one of at least one Pocket Cinema Camera that had to be returned to Blackmagic for repair after a knock to the micro HDMI connection caused it to break.
The LockPort Pocket plate is designed to fit easily every head, baseplate, sliding plate, support out there. According to PrimeCircle installation can be done in under 10 seconds.
The LockPort Pocket safely secures a 90° REAR micro to full-size HDMI adapter. The HDMI adapter has gold plated contacts and the full-size female output allows you to use stronger standard HDMI cables. It is a lot easier to find a full sized HDMI cable than a micro version and a lot of accessories use the full sized HDMI connector.
